Board of Directors
Nettie Webb, Ed. D.
Director 2008-2011Nettie has been an educator for thirty-nine years. She has taught preschool through graduate school. She has had diversified experience as a principal, staff developer, educational leader/consultant, language arts coordinator, reading teacher and classroom teacher. Nettie retired as principal of the Lee F. Jackson School in the Greenburgh Central Seven School District.
Nettie has represented the educational community by being appointed to several state and national boards such as the Board of Directors for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, and the Commissioner's Task Force on the Teaching Prfession for the New York Board of Regents. She has also been a guest presenter at national and international conferences in the areas of reading and early chilhood and has co-led a delegation of educatiors who visited China to compare teaching standards in their country and ours.
