Currently Arielle is working for the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership as an Intensive Clinical Manager. Arielle collaborates with behavioral health providers to authorize and coordinate the most appropriate level if service for acute clients.

Before joining MBHP, Arielle worked as a therapist and program coordinator at the Child Guidance Clinic in Springfield, MA. Arielle supervised two school based programs and regularly consulted to classroom teachers and school personnel. Arielle has collaborated with teachers around a variety of topics, including behavior management and teacher burn-out.

Prior to obtaining a Master’s of Social Work from Smith College, Arielle taught Psychology and Spanish at The Marvelwood School in Kent, CT. It was here that Arielle began to develop her passion for education and the need to bridge multiple systems in order to best address the needs of the members within those systems.
